Secondary 1 (Year 7, 8 & Year 9)
This is typically for learners aged 14 – 16 years. This point the learners cover the Cambridge International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) Syllabi. A student is expected to take at least one subject from each of the following groupings:

NB: A student is normally expected to take at least seven subjects. Subjects in Group I and IV are all compulsory.
At the end of Year 11, the students take their final IGCSE examinations and will be ready to proceed to A’ Level or the equivalent.
